Please know that family far and near (even those of us who may not have had the joy of knowing Peyton in person) cherish his spirit. Peace.

As everyone else, there are now words to express the shock and sadness at the passing of this bright light.

I can only tell you this - know that when he went to bed - he knew with his entire being how much he was loved.

This is all we can do in this life. Love with all we are with all our might and just press on.

Our thoughts are with you.

Thank you Little Warrior for all that you have done for my wounded Brothers. We will come and see you off as the Selfless Patriot you have proven to be. Ooo-Rah and Semper Fidelis!!!

Noah and Jen,
Peyton was such a kind, generous and gifted young man with an amazing spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family.

I did not know Peyton personally, but I worked with you long enough to know that he and your husband were your everything. We love and miss you and are sincerely praying for you and your family in this time of sorrow. Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss. As everyone has noted according to his life living; Peyton was truly an amazing Angel and will be missed dearly! Continue to look to God for your peace and he will give you strength during this time and after. You'll always be in my prayers!

Dear Noah and Jen,

There are no words but there is an Almighty God whose thoughts are much higher than ours, therefore there is no answer to the "why". It clearly seems that Peyton touched many lives in his short 9 years...perhaps his work was done and now in Heaven, where there is no pain or tears, Peyton lives on with Jesus. I ask God to send ministering angels to be with you through the rest of your lives to give

Although Peyton and I just met recently on the Mt. Pleasant Track Club, he will dearly be missed! He was one of the best teammates a person could have. Peyton was always cheering everyone on, even if he did not know the person. He had the sweetest heart and will forever be missed!

I remember Peyton well from the first ever Run for the Yorktown 5K race I helped organize for the Yorktown Association. Peyton was the only kid in his age group to run the race that first year and he won a medal. He was very excited and it was special for us to have our very first child participant. Peyton and his Dad, Noah were photographed together at the race and were in an article about the race in the

There are no words for the loss of this bright little spark, Kaine would watch you throw javelin and say "how cool mummy, I think i want to try that" Now he throws every javelin in your memory sweet Peyton. Im so utterly heartbroken for you Jennifer and Noah, you are in every single thought of ours every day and we pray fiercely for comfort of some kind for you and that the sunshine of your cubbies smile warms you
